This is my first short film. Now,before i begin to say anything about the film, this film simply would not have been possible without some gr8 help, from my friends Manjunath (cant forget the sleepless nights we spent staring at the monitor,on what is called the 'post production'),Priyadarshani (the experienced one...was there to help us out in every part of the way) , Elavarasan (well...he's my sweet brother!) and the list goes on...Basically,its a students project.

Now on to the technicalities, the film has a screen time of  12 min 41 secs. The film was shot  with a sony Camcorder (higher grade cams were out of our reach....we didnt exactly have Warner Bros supporting us!).The whole of postproduction work was done on a home pc,sometimes it took 7-8 hours to render a single scene! We tried to make up for these shortcomings by carefully planning the pre and post production work...not to mention the actual shoot! A better part of four months went into the preproduction planning, which included, getting the script worked out down to the individual shots,Planning for the effects and getting the software needed in place and also a trial shoot to test the effects(yes! we did do a  trial shoot.).Then came the actual shoot,we shot almost the entire film in one day. Luckily things went according to plan and we were able to complete the shoot on time. But,believe me,it was tough...if u ever want to kill urself, surely there are easier ways!  Then comes the post production work,it lasted for another month.,we basically had to work on getting the effects into the shots and then add some really good sound effects.. Almost all of the shots had to go through after effects, where they was color corrected and then dramatized with the necessary effects. The work horse for the audio work was audition. Then these shots were put in place in premiere pro. I think, that covers the entire process.
